Refund Policy

During the 30 days following delivery, you may ask to return or exchange an eligible product. Both defective and non-defective merchandise are accepted. Goods must be new, unused and in original condition, with their original package, labels, accessories and included materials.

You can request a non-defective return because you changed your mind, prefer something else or ordered the wrong item. Damaged, faulty, mis-shipped, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods can also be reviewed. Send the order reference, checkout email and reason; photos or video of the item and parcel are additionally required for damage, faults, wrong items or missing parts.

Please obtain permission before posting the goods. The return method is mail, using the free return label supplied inside the package. We apply no restocking fee. Replacement choices depend on stock. An approved refund is processed within 10 days and goes back to the original payment method; a bank's posting schedule may add time.
