Shipping Policy

For physical orders shipped within the United States, allow about 1–2 business days for preparation. Once the parcel leaves us, delivery by the carrier is estimated at 3–5 business days. An estimate is not a promise of arrival on a particular date.

Checkout determines the delivery services offered, their cost and any qualification for free shipping. The buyer must enter a complete address, a usable email and a reachable phone number. Tracking is shared when issued, although scans may not appear immediately. Certain products, destinations and address formats may be restricted.

Holiday closures, high order volumes, weather and carrier issues can extend the schedule. Tell us about prolonged delays, possible loss, a delivered scan with no parcel, or transport damage. Supply the order reference, checkout email and tracking reference; for damage, keep the packaging and include pictures of it and the item. We can review the information and seek a carrier investigation where appropriate.
